Year 6 Residential 2024 - Frontier Centre

Daily Updates

Monday 3rd June - Coach wil depart at 10am from school please arrive by 9:30 and come to the school hall.

• Children have arrived safely at the Frontier Centre and are settling in well.  Photos will be posted later.
• 15:50. All going well! Children currently enjoying kayaking.
• 19:00 - The children have had their supper with general feedback that it was the 'best residential food ever'!!!

Tuesday 4th June -

• 7:30. Good morning from The Frontier Centre!  All very calm last night, children slept well.  Breakfast beigng served at 8:45 - just emough time for the first room tidy and inspection!
• 3pm. Busy day with more kayaking, abseiling and the zip wire. Everyone having a great time.  Marsmallows on the campfire this evening to look forward to.
• 7:45. Children are gathered around the campfire -needed as it's a bit chilly! All looking forward to another restful nights sleep!

Wednesday 5th June -

• Children have packed their bags and tidied their rooms already. Final morning of activities, with high ropes and abseiling to look forward to
• Coach has left, estimated to return to school at 15:23.
